Once the commander has stuck, the deck more or less plays itself. With an abundance of 2 cost slivers, cascading into our 0- and 1-cost cards will happen frequently, so we have the luxury of choosing when to cast the more situational ones, like Swords to Plowshares . Phyrexian Reclamation in particular will allow us to repeatedly recur the key slivers our opponents insist on removing so we can keep up the pressure. Dregscape Sliver and Living Death give us one big turn to swing in after several turns of removal.

Infinite combos I found accidentally:

Sliver Queen and Basal Sliver allow us to create and sacrifice a token infinitely.
With Lavabelly Sliver we deal infinite damage and gain infinite life. With Dormant Sliver we can draw as much as we want. With Harmonic Sliver we wipe artifacts and enchantments. With haste Cloudshredder Sliver Heart Sliver Blur Sliver we can tap the token infinitely, using Magma Sliver to pump our board to infinite power, or Gemhide Sliver Manaweft Sliver to generate infinite mana and infinite tokens.

Hibernation Sliver and Morophon, the Boundless together allow us to bounce and recast our commander for cascade triggers at the cost of 2 life each time. Technically this doesn't go fully infinite until we have something like Lavabelly Sliver and a lifelink sliver Syphon Sliver Essence Sliver out. At that point, it also works with any of the WUBRG slivers Sliver Legion Sliver Queen Sliver Hivelord Sliver Overlord
