FireballBrony adding even a single non cycling card is a big risk of killing the deck, no point adding another Laboratory Maniac only because you have 1/60 chance of it being on the bottom.
Still suggestin turnyouover to put the lotus instead of the island the deck, it's just 3$ in the tempest version!

Pucatrade is a great place to trade magic online! This has really helped me build my cardbase! If you are interested in signing up use my link so I can get some extra cards. Thanks! https://pucatrade.com/invite/gift/18999

FireballBrony: you lose if you would draw a card and you can't, so drawing into a Laboratory Maniac on the bottom of your library would not necessarily disrupt the combo.
V0ldy: I'm still on the wall about switching the island, however the lotus also has its quirks in the deck.

MTG11: Another version of Careful Study is Faithless Looting, However Faithless Looting isn't as useful for this deck build.

You can't Unearth Progenitus, but you can Unearth Tarmogoyf.

I feel like the deck needs somewhere between 2 and 4 Serum Powder.since you are effectively looking for one card out of your deck, you should be aggressively mullagaining to it and power will help with that.

you might be able to use Crystal Vein to cast fluctuator really quick

jujubies: cheap, however Serum Powder is one of the reasons as to why your opening hand would be a bad hand. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take it into consideration
V0ldy: Nice, I thought about building that deck too, however its not an original idea that I thought of.
MelonGator: Crystal Vein is nice, however it won't increase this deck's speed unless your lucky.

If you have Fluctuator out by turn 2, it would be hard to disrupt the combo unless an opponent counters some of the spells or plays Thought Scour at last minute. removal is avoidable due to the ability to cycle at instant speed.

Are players actually allowed to cycle (discard a card and draw a card) if their are no more cards left in the library. Just curious.

Players lose the game when they draw and can't due to no more cards in the library.

Is there a way we can beat control reliable? Maybe We can sacrifice speed for Thoughtseize or Duress? Awesome deck.

If you swap your Street Wraiths over to the modern masters version, you trim about a dollar off of the deck price.
I enjoy the deck, and would love to go play it if it didn't fold to turn 1 thoughtseize...

This is fun and an innovative idea, but you will lose game two and three to countermagic or other disruptions, once they see what you did during the first game.

Thoughtseize or Duress would not work because the maximum number of non-cycling cards has to be 6 or else you can't draw the whole deck. Hence 4 Fluctuator, 1 Island, and 1 Maniac. Any more than that and you will hit a wall and run out of cycling cards. The only way to add more non-cycling cards is to drop the number of Fluctuator which is really dangerous.

Love it! Definitely going to play it. I did find one problem though. (Stabilizer) shuts it down pretty hard. Any ideas to get past it?

Harbinger_Czar - Most players don't have or own Stabilizer

True. Playing this at a large tournament, no one will be ready for it. But playing repeatedly at local tournaments, someone is bound to find it.

hateindigital: Thanks! I've noticed you only build standard decks and you always think outside the box, I couldn't imagine how awesome your modern or legacy decks play.
zipl0c: If I removed Gitaxian Probe I could cycle my deck at instant speed while your spell is on the stack. you would still lose.
