When people think of goblin decks, they think of supper aggressive decks which encourage you to swing as hard as possible early and win by turn four or so. This deck is aggressive, but there is no swinging involved. Just play Impact Tremors followed by enough goblins to kill your opponent. It makes up with being slightly slower by giving you a wall of meat shields your opponent has to get through before they can do anything.

The only reasons to get rid of a starting hand is if it has either no lands, more than 3 lands, or no Impact Tremors. A good hand will have Impact Tremors, Goblin Warchief , Krenko, Mob Boss, and a few other cheap goblins to let you go for a huge turn five nuke.
