This deck is a considerably cheap modern deck that can win on turn 2. Here is the PERFECT hand for this deck;
1x Glistener Elf
2x Forest
2x Groundswell
1x Mutagenic Growth
Anything else would fit in this slot, as you only need those 6 cards if they don't have answers. If they do, use an Apostle's Blessing for unblockableness and protection for 1 mana and two life. Sure, your victory will be delayed, but, you can win the next turn anyway. Rancor would also work here for the trample.
How To:
Turn 1: Forest, tap, play Glistener Elf.
Turn 2: Forest, tap, play two Groundswells and a Mutagenic Growth, swing for game.
However, this is not the only way to win with this deck. It can win without Glistener Elf and with one of the other infect creatures in here instead. Just make sure that you have a creature and pump spells. This deck keeps it's speed up until about turn 5, so you you could win until then.
