Hey guys!
Being a budget player, I've been interested in Soul Sisters for some time, and this is the (SUPER) budget list I've come up with. Although it may seem underwhelming at first, in fact, it can get tons of creatures (and tokens) out, get its creatures huge, and protect against board wipe strategies, all the while gaining tons of life. Please upvote and/or comment if you like my deck, and it's definitely a work in progress, so suggestions are appreciated.
Enjoy :)

Card Choices:
NOTE The mainboard costs just ~$75, my budget including sideboard is around $130
MAINBOARD:
Ajani's Pridemate - self-explanatory; gets super big super quick, or makes your opponent burn their removal on a 2-drop
Martyr of Sands - allows the build-up of a large life-gap between you and your opponent early on, plus can help you stay alive in the mid-late game
Selfless Spirit - great against board clears and removal in general; BONUS - is a flyer and can get through some easy damage
Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant - the Soul Sisters - large amounts of lifegain over time, especially against aggro, where it is most needed. basically the core of the deck right here
Squadron Hawk - more or less the budget replacement for Serra Ascendant; synergy with Martyr of Sands, and provides multiple flyers
Sun Titan - this big dude can generate tons of value by bringing back Ajani's Pridemate, Authority of the Consuls, Ghostly Prison, etc. This is one of your power-plays late game
Spectral Procession - great value for 3 mana (at most 4); the main source of air-damage
Ajani Goldmane - There are a lot of different ajanis that can be good in this deck, but I like this one because of its killer -1 ability (which is mainly what it's used for - the +1 is used mainly to keep it from dying); dropping this on turn 4 with a Soul Warden, soul's attenden, Ajani's Pridemate, and Spectral Procession is pretty freaking good to say the least
Authority of the Consuls - basically this is a mini-Soul Warden, but it also does a great job of stopping aggro decks. dropping this on turn 1 or 2 against aggro is pretty devastating if your opponent has no enchantment removal
Ghostly Prison - another great tool to stop aggro while developing your board; can be subbed out with Collective Effort if needed
Honor of the Pure - great value: 2 mana to buff all your creatures. combo with Spectral Procession to get in some heavy damage mid-late game
Journey to Nowhere - your main removal spell (if you don't own Path to Exile) - depending on the match-up, can be subbed by Oblivion Ring
Ghost Quarter - a modern-legal Strip Mine that can destry some of the best dual lands, legendary lands, and even Mana Confluence or something. slow your opponent down, at the very least, when you can afford to do so with this
Plains - worst card in deck, considering taking out. kappa
Radiant Fountain - good source of early life-gain; worth the loss of white mana
Emeria, The Sky Ruin - one copy, replacing a Windbrisk Heights. ultimately, windbrisk was just not worth it, since the only card above 3 mana in the mainboard was a single Sun Titan. Emeria should provide more utility more often.
SIDEBOARD:
Ajani Goldmane - fairly straightforward - running another copy in sideboard for control decks for which you need another copy of your main win con
Brave the Elements - good against board clears, as well as getting through lethal damage - mostly against control
Kataki, War's Wage - straightforward - great anti-affinity tech and is a cheap creature too
Nyx-Fleece Ram - good against aggro/burn. great card for lifegain in general
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben - good against a lot of decks, best against combo decks (like storm) and infect/burn that aim to win fast
Rest in Peace - demolishes any graveyard synergy (dredge, living end)
I did some more playtesting with the current version of the deck against several strong decks on TappedOut.
Results, Round 1:
Esper Control: Soul Sisters Victory, 2-1 (Countermyth)
Jund Burn: Soul Sisters Victory, 2-0 (Swiftspear Stampede)
Mono-Black Infect: Soul Sisters Victory, 2-0 (Where is your god now? (MonoBlack Infect))
More playtesting will soon begin, just to double-check my results and possibly make some changes to my deck.
