In fact I'd play Sun Titan over divinity as it makes every attack get you value.
Also, I'd cut out your 4 Suture Priest and play 4 Martyr of Sands which you can get back with Sun Titan and get reoccurring value.

I agree with the suggestions TeamSDBags proposed, the only thing I have to add is that with such a low mana curve you could remove 2-3 lands, or rather 1-2 if you add the Sun Titans

Thanks guys for the suggestions! Golden Urn was pretty much just a placeholder for better cards until I fm found them. As for Eerie Interlude, since board wipes are the biggest weakness of the deck, do you think I should start building a sideboard and put interlude in it? Or are there better counters/blink effects for cheap?

1st, I'm scared that burn decks are somehow 1,000 where you are, they are normally the most budget decks out there! (except maybe the 2 or 3 color variants, but I don't count that as true burn). To your concern about boardwipes, I believe their are better cards than Erie Interlude. Selfless Spirit is probably your best bet as it is cheapest, is an evasive flier, and doesn't require mana on activation. If you don't like that because creatures are fragile, then Make a Stand and Rootborn Defenses are very good. they can't be hit by removal that makes us sacrifice our spirit earlier, and they have added affects that (might) help.

Thanks for the comment and upvote. First off, I did mean the 3-color Jund/Naya burn decks when I said $1000 burn decks (such as the one in the description). (I do know that mono-red ones are significantly cheaper, however). Also, I do think that Rootborn Defenses is the best option out of the three you suggested, simply because of the populate + Spectral Procession tokens combo. I will playtest Selfless Spirit, however, because its ability is much harder to counter than an instant, and I'd much rather my opponent waste removal on it instead of an offensive threat.

I absolutely LOVE this. I love the concept, it is very intriguing. Great job so far! I'm not huge in the Modern Scene, so my help might not be great, but I'll do my best.
Personally, I see that you took out Oblivion Ring for Journey to Nowhere, but I believe the Ring triumphs the Journey. With Journey you can only exile a creature, but the Ring gives so much versatility in the sense that it allows you exile any target nonland permanent. That's just what I think, but it truly is your decision.
Another idea to consider is playing Ivory Giant. Although he may not fit perfectly, I think he's a good budget card in addition to a possible win condition (I also just get super excited about Ivory Giant when someone plays mono-white).
I see you have Ghostly Prison in your maybeboard. A good budget alternative is Crawlspace. It limits your opponent's attacks to your advantage.
Beacon of Immortality is always fun.
Have fun with this deck, I'm excited to see where it goes.

Thanks for the in-depth comment and suggestions. I definitely feel that combo and control decks are some of the worse match ups for this deck, and those decks often require less than two creatures in the field to win, so I may not add Crawlspace. It's Definitely a sideboard option tho. I'm on the fence about Condemn vs Oblivion Ring at this point, but I'll prob end up adding in both and replacing Journey to Nowhere and another card. I do like Ivory Giant, I will play test him asap!! Ty again.

Unfortunately, since this is a super budget deck, Flagstones of Trokair and Ranger of Eos aren't cards I can afford to add in. If I ever make a non-budget version, they will definitely be in it however. As for Ghost Quarter, I will definitely add in a playset. Felidar Sovereign I have in as a 1-of for now, but I probably will replace him soon, just need to think of an alternative. A vigilance and lifeline creature can be pretty scary in this deck. Ty for the comments, suggestions and upvote.

Radiant Fountain might be good to add a few of you probably dont have a problem with not having enough white symbols

Thank you for the suggestion. I was just looking at Kabira Crossroads lol. This is a much better option, and I will definitely add in a playset, dropping a Ghost Quarter.

I just thought since it comes in untapped it would be more useful. I really like how budget you made it. Path to Exile would be a great add once you get the $ for it

I play Martyr Proc and only run the 2 Titans.
Not sure I even need them.
With a deck like this, you could drop 1 or 2.
Open up a few slots to play earlier.
Immortal Servitude is cheap.
Not sure if Hero of Bladehold
Has gone down in price.
But if you're going to run 6 colorless lands, you could just replace them and go black.
1x Swamp
1x Godless Shrine if you own any.
Dump 2 Titans and add in
Orzhov Charm Main deck
Castigate in the side

Thank you for the in-depth comment. I do hesitate to splash black, as I am a fairly new player (I started at the beginning of the summer), so I do not own any fetches/shocks, etc. yet. However, it is an idea I am open to playing around with. I will definitely see what I can do, especially with cards like Sanguine Bond and the ones that you mentioned.
However, thanks to the reprint in Consp. 2, I will add in a few Ghostly Prison.

Prison builds are legit too.
Don't spend too much money if you are just getting started.
But you picked the best format. IMO
Modern is affordable and expensive at the same time. BUT there is always burn and soul sisters. Which are very affordable.
Also hexproof auras, save forDaybreak Coronet is cheap and hard to beat if your opponent can't make you sacrifice

Yeah, figured Sanguine Bond was too expensive for modern, lol.
Hexproof auras was my first idea for a modern deck, so hopefully I'll make that deck after this one :)
Thanks for the continued support, btw, it means a lot.

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, although I did consider Stony Silence, it is a bit outside my budget. Are you aware of any other sideboard techs for affinity?

Kataki, War's Wage will also help, as well as Suppression Field

possibly Blind Obedience rather than Authority of the Consuls for the drain rather than gain? possibly Chalice of Life Flip for a janky finisher?

thanks for the suggestions. both of those cards look good. I'll begin testing with the updated list, swapping out Authority of the Consuls and a couple of lands.

I get that you are trying to play Soul Sisters on a budget, so I'll give you the best budget suggestions that I can.
Play 4 Squadron Hawk over 3 Ajani's Sunstriker and cut an urn. It sets up your lifegain with your soul sisters and loads up your hand full of creatures.
Play another Spectral Procession over Golden Urn the creature drops are going to be what makes you win, not some additional lifegain.
Play 4 Journey to Nowhere over Oblivion Ring and cut another Golden Urn Urn is basically unplayable in modern and Journey is the best budget path to exile out there.
Play 4 Honor of the Pure and cut all Eerie Interludes and a land, honor will help you close out the game and it's cheap.
Play either 3 Divinity of Pride, or 3 Sun Titan and cut 3 Lone Missionary, you need a finisher of some sort, and either of these will fit with your deck's strategy.
I can guarantee that making these changes will make your deck more consistent and competitive.
