This deck features Umbral Mantle + Viridian Joiner with 2 Forest

Once you have unlimited mana, how about 50 unblockable 50/50s? Champion of Lambholt + Gelatinous Genesis .

Or when the mana dork gets really huge from all the +2/+2, make him unblockable with Rogue's Passage.

While you wait for the combo Elvish Mystic, Overgrown Battlement, and Viridian Joiner ensure you can cast Garruk, Primal Hunter who creates a 3/3 beast every turn until you need the card draw or a bunch of 6/6 wurms.

T3=Rogue's Passage, Use the 2 Forests for Vines of Vastwood (kicked and on Viridian Joiner)

Viridian Joiner is now a 5/6 who can tap for GGGGG. Use that to cast Umbral Mantle. Equip Umbral Mantle to Viridian Joiner. Use the remaining GG and Elvish Mystic to untap Viridian Joiner with the ability from Umbral Mantle. This makes Viridian Joiner a 7/8 who can tap for GGGGGGG. Rinse and repeat to make Viridian Joiner huge. Use 4 of the MANY accumulated mana and tap Rogue's Passage to make Viridian Joiner unblockable, and voila.

Even when you don't have Rogue's Passage you can cast everything in your hand, so there are a few possible wins with unlimited mana. When you have Garruk, Primal Hunter in your hand, keep Viridian Joiner around 40ish power, then use the -3 ability on Garruk, Primal Hunter to almost certainly draw Champion of Lambholt with Gelatinous Genesis or Strength of the Tajuru. You could also use Rancor on your huge creatures.
