Based upon a build by Ross Merriam as posted here: http://www.starcitygames.com/article/32300_The-State-Of-UR-Prowess-.html this deck seeks to draw many cards, setting up a single turn where you use spells like Temur Battle Rage and Slip Through Space combined with one or more creatures with Prowess to overwhelmingly destroy your opponent. The major differences from the version posted by Ross (I'm running the 22 land version) are mostly sideboard choices:

-1 Boiling Earth

-1 Painful Truths

-1 Duress

+1 Disdainful Stroke

+1 Dispel

+1 Temur Battle Rage

These choices are largely based upon how the meta has shaken out since Ross wrote his original article, specifically how prevalent Rally and Ramp are. This gives a few more counters for key spells for Rally decks, while also giving another Temur Battle Rage for those fights to better be able to get a one-turn kill.
