Goblin tribal deck with Krenko, Mob Boss leading the charge. The first four turns of the game are spent building the foundations of my eventual token onslaught. Lord/Anthem effects help keep my board tall enough to handle Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and similar effects. Extraplanar Lens, Ruby Medallion and Mana Echoes cut my curve down tremendously. Thousand-Year Elixir and Magewright's Stone double up Krenko's ability. Other cards like Hobgoblin Bandit Lord, Kyren Negotiations, Goblin Bombardment, Shivan Harvest and Purphoros, God of the Forge offer powerful effects or potential win-cons once the Mob Boss is active.

This deck is surprisingly consistent in pulling one of the three tutors in Goblin Matron, Goblin Recruiter or Moggcatcher. It all snowballs from there. I've learned that I need more than four lands on the battlefield before I attempt any shenanigans with the aforementioned tutors. Ensure Krenko gets loose first, then the fun part...

With recruiter (Matron and Moggcatcher just find the recruiter), you stack the deck top-down with Goblin Ringleader, Skirk Prospector, Goblin Lackey, Goblin Warchief, Sensation Gorger, Goblin Wizard, Goblin Assassin, then from there the order is match-up dependent. Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain are always good. Gempalm Incinerator and Arms Dealer are great at mowing down an opponent's creatures. Horde of Boggarts and Reckless One allow you to swing into Ghostly Prison/Propaganda more effectively. Goblin Chirurgeon belongs somewhere in the mix as well, to make sure Krenko stays alive. The Conspicuous Snoop and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo is also an alternate win condition.

The best part of all of this is the combination of Sensation Gorger + Goblin Assassin. I can wheel on my upkeep for a few turns, making my opponents discard their hand. And at the same time I can wreck their board by making them sack all their creatures (potentially) for each token Krenko pumps out. Skirk Prospector makes the whole operation run on goblins, so lands become almost irrelevant. It all makes for a fun, albeit sometimes oppressive Goblin (combo) tribal deck.
