experimenting with some different cards in burn.

my initial thoughts are that Vexing Devil is still bad. the goal was to get creatures in the yard, but too much legacy removal is cheap and exiles. Goblin Guide is more likely to connect for 2 on the play thanks to haste, so that might just go right back in that slot.

the synergy between fetchlands, Lotus Petal, Dragon's Rage Channeler, Cemetery Gatekeeper is really good, but sometimes a bit clunky if you need to land gatekeeper on a target you don't have in the yard yet. T1 Bloodstained Mire + Cemetery Gatekeeper can be pretty punishing, especially against lands. T1 Cemetery Gatekeeper + Lotus Petal can really make storm sweat, as can landing a T1 Pyrostatic Pillar. you can turn on delerium for Dragon's Rage Channeler pretty easily with a fetch, a petal, any spell, and two surveil triggers. it's cute, but it usually dies before damage.

even though i've taken Rift Bolt out, Roiling Vortex still seems like a nonbo thanks to Lotus Petal. luckily it enables a T2 (sideboard) Sulfuric Vortex. Monastery Swiftspear, 2x Lotus Petal and 2x Lightning Bolt seems a bit gross.
