T5 and beyond: Cast fatties and beat down the most threatening player, generally the blue player.

Your opponents will remove your creatures, it's ok, there are 21 fatties in the deck, just keep laying them down.

Cast multiple combat spells to really increase the damage, if you haven't won yet assemble on of the combos. Hellkite Charger + Savage Ventmaw will give you a combat step and Xenagos trigger by simply tapping one land. Generally this will kill everyone on the board even if you only have a couple of combats. Aggravated Assault + Savage Ventmaw gives you infinite combats and mana. If this goes off you win the game.
