EDH Brago deck, built around slight lockdown and generating value. The idea is to get a draw engine going thru blink effects, and either lock down (lavinia of the tenth, detention sphere, winter/static orb, opposition) opponents, or exile and bounce their shit (spine of ish sah, oblivion ring, reflector mage, etc). Currently feels a bit light on the mana rocks; once brago is flickering things, you need to have a strong manarock presence to be able to play countermagic.
