Once upon a time this was a bounce deck helmed by Roon of the Hidden Realms. It has since morphed into a Chulane deck. Still has a pretty strong flicker subtheme, which I think is way more fair than something like Chulane Cheerios.

As is, the deck wants to play control early on: spot removal, board wipes, and countering the particularly bad threats. Once you've reached enough mana, play chulane and a few cheap creatures to start building value. The deck usually wins via combat, although lab manian/oracle allow for the self-mill win option.
