Very solid deck. Not sure how well Avatar of the Resolute fits in though. He's more suited to aggro decks and this seems more midrange. I would drop them and add in three Courser of Kruphix, personally, as you have tons of two-drop spells and not so many three-drops.

I would play courser mainly because he provides card advantage and life gain not just mana ramp
