Based around wither and -1/-1 counters, permanent damage. Deliberately avoiding poison counters as a win condition because it's not that fun to play against someone that only has to deal 10 damage to you in commander. Looking for cards to spread the -1/-1 to everyone while having creatures that don't care about them (undying is a good example, as well as things that deliberately mess with -1/-1 or counters in general) Some of the more expensive cards could probably be subbed for some less powerful, or just different, cards to make the deck more budget (blue card draw is just staple).

Combos: Necroskitter/kulrath knight + mass -1/-1 Grim poppet + pretty much anything (2X amazing with everlasting torment) Corrosive mentor + heifty black creatures/mass zombies
