I loved the Proteus Staff idea. I'll try to find a couple near here.
And the reason I decided to divide to 2 Spreading Seas and 2 Quicksilver Fountain is because this way, in the end game, my opponent will have a bigger mana disruption threat to deal with.

If you play Quicksilver Fountain , you should have Power Conduit !

Stormtide Leviathan is a good card, but it hurts you more than it helps in this deck. It and Augury Owl are the only creatures you have that could attack. Fishliver Oil , Inkwell Leviathan , and Piracy Charm could all find places in this deck for either having islandwalk or giving it.

Thanks for the advice.
I noticed that too. And I don't know what should I replace to make room for the Inkwell Leviathan and the Fishliver Oil ...

Tromokratis is really lackluster for a legendary creature. You could drop him for 2 copies of Inkwell Leviathan instead. I would also drop the Quicksilver Fountain and Omenspeaker to open up some slots. Bump Stormtide Leviathan up to 3 and add 4 Fishliver Oil and that should be a good start.

I removed 1 Whelming Wave and 1 Serpent of the Endless Sea to include Inkwell Leviathan
I could remove Tromokratis , but I don't want to put less creatures, because it will make much more difficult to activate the temple's ability.
That's also the reason Omenspeaker is there. So I can scry, chump block in the early game and set the temple. And if thing get tough I can use Whelming Wave , cast her again and scry more.
I think Quicksilver Fountain is a good mana disruption for a deck and can help me stall the game more.

From my own experience playing Quest for Ula's Temple
, Omenspeaker
isn't as good as you want it to be. You're probably better off playing Augury Owl
for the scry so it can also attack when Stormtide Leviathan
is out.

Quicksilver Fountain becomes redundant once you drop Stormtide Leviathan , which should happen relatively quickly with the Quest out.

I did some playtesting against my werewolf deck. This deck is too slow.
Maybe I could remove Tromokratis and add 1 Kraken Hatchling and 1 Wall of Frost to make it a little bit faster.
I could also add 2 Grozoth to tutor the Inkwell, but then it would still stay to slow.
I could also remove Omenspeaker and add 1 Augury Owl and 2 Sigiled Starfish . The reason behind this is to avoid decreasing the creature number.
The amule is way out of budget for me, unfortunately.

I found that the card that would probably make this deck strong for me was more than I was willing to spend on a casual deck too...

acbooster. The big diference between the Quicksilver Fountain and the Stormtide Leviathan effect is that the fountain change the land to island only, but the leviathan changes to island in addition to their other types.
So the Leviathan won't disrupt mana, it will only allow me to become unblockable.

MindAblaze! I saw that one too. I'm not rich to afford such a thing lol.

I recommend adding thrummingbird (and other proliferate cards to put counters on quest) and high tide. If you stick to only one creature type, such as kraken, call of the kindred is a very handy card and was used in my original monoblue sea creature deck. Personally I would eliminate black from the color pool but if you really want to use it, get some cheap black spells that exile creatures. Also I would probably add a good draw card like drawn from dreams or research the deep to help with late game but that is just me.

maybe Proteus Staff to possibly turn your Kraken Hatchling into Lorthos, the Tidemaker or to get rid of their biggest threats? Also, Spreading Seas might be better than Quicksilver Fountain since you get to draw a card.
