The deck is supposed to be super mana efficient. First of all, you have Hidden Strings to cipher onto one of your dudes. This card not only let's you trigger heroic and Young Pyromancer repeatedly, it also untaps your lands letting you clear the way and keep mana up for instants. You also have Trait Doctoring to trigger the dudes again and again.

The rest of the deck is a mix of counter and burn spells to give the deck tempo control of the board. The deck ensures repeated triggers and gives a lot of angles of play.
