This deck is based on MTGGoldfish's deck Mono-U Brains.

The idea of this deck is to get Rise from the Tides to resolve while you have about 15+ instants and sorceries in your graveyard.

Step 1: Use draw cards to search for Rise from the Tides, Brain in a Jar, and Part the Waterveil.

Step 2: Build up enough reserve in Brain in a Jar all while continually dumping instants and sorceries into your graveyard.

Step 3: Use Brain in a Jar to cast Rise from the Tides during your opponent's end phase and then swing for VICTORY!
