This is a Jhoira EDH deck I am putting together. The main goal is to durdle and cast insane and hilarious cards like Scrambleverse and eventually win by cheating out massive creatures or Enter the Infinite and Laboratory Maniac with a draw spell. I am trying to keep this deck on the budget side price-wise. I'd like suggestions before I order the cards I don't have for this deck, especially for the mana base, I'm not too sure about it.
