This was a very fun deck idea I had after watching Legacy lands, and with the spoiling of Ramunap Excavator from Hour of Devastation. This deck's goal is to win off of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, casting it from
Mana Seism
. The deck is kind of complex but fun to test. It works like this:
This is a best situation: Your first few turns are spent dawdling a little, casting T2 Lotus Cobra into hopefully Azusa, Lost but Seeking on T3, followed by land (hopefully a Drownyard Temple) to gain two mana, then a fetchland, to gain three more. Hopefully you have either a Chord of Calling, Tireless Tracker, or The Gitrog Monster to cast, because they are what you want to cast. Hopefully casting The Gitrog Monster, you get another additional land drop, which gets you two mana to cast Life from the Loam targeting three fetchlands. If that land is a fetch, this is great, because then you should most likely have the full three fetches for Loam. T4, hopefully The Gitrog Monster is still around, and you can sacrifice the Drownyard Temple and dredge Life from the Loam, maybe hitting more lands to draw more cards. Then you draw for turn, and play four lands, adding four free mana, one of it red, to hopefully cast a
Mana Seism
, sacrificing all lands, and tapping them for mana, some of it green. Drawing roughly 8 cards and adding 8 mana, hopefully you draw into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Splendid Reclamation, or another
Mana Seism
. Using the mana, cast the Splendid Reclamation, gaining a bunch of mana off of Lotus Cobra, and casting Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Hopefully this is game. Very zany and hated easily, but fun nonetheless.
