Using some M15 cards, this deck is a soldier themed deck which uses blue as a splash to gain card advantage and some other perks.

The glue of the deck seems to be Raise the Alarm . Some of its interactions:

Boros Elite + Raise the Alarm , the perfect one drop prior to casting the alarm, because the two soldiers nicely fill the battalion, swinging for 5 on turn three with-as they appear- all one power creatures.

Military Intelligence + Raise the Alarm With Military Intelligence only requiring two creatures, raise the alarm fits that bill by flashing in your two attackers on your opponents turn, while playing a scy land, cast the enchantment, then choose the card you want.

Ephara, God of the Polis + Raise the Alarm , in the late game! you can cast a creature on your turn, draw on your opponents turn, cast the alarm then draw again.

And of course Obelisk of Urd + Raise the Alarm for soldiers.
