Keep making as many sliver tokens as you can. Basal Sliver + Sliver Queen + Training Grounds = infinite slivers. Once those 3 are out, you basically win the game, just attack with your infinite sliver tokens.

Screeching Sliver can be used if you want to win by milling or they have a lot of fogs and other stop damage cards.

Sliver Legion and Horned Sliver let you attack without being chum blocked.

The sideboard is for if your opponent has a lot of counter or damage spells.

The way I would play this deck is by getting Training Grounds and Horned Sliver then going for Sliver Overlord. Use Sliver Overlord to search for Sliver Queen and Basal Sliver to get infinite tokens. Next search for Manaweft Sliver and use the tokens to get whatever you need out and played (Just use Sliver Overlord's ability and then play them, you have the mana for it).

You can win by getting out Training Grounds or Parallel Lives with Sliver Queen and Basal Sliver because with Training Grounds, you get more mana from sacrificing a token than it takes to buy 1 (buy 2 sac 1 then repeat); with Parallel Lives you put down 2 tokens and then can sacrifice 1 then buy 1 (which is doubled) then buy again (buy 1 (which is doubled) sac 1 then repeat)

Feedback is welcome.
