Mardu politicians only know one true ruler:

Queen Marchesa

With her as commander our goal is to take the crown and rule.

A monarch needs enforcers, so we have a slight Soldier-subtheme with things like Martial Coup and Assemble the Legion. In order that the table tolerates our reign we try to be a (mostly) fair ruler: effects like Oath of Lieges or Victory Chimes ensure that your subjects have enough mana to deal with game-ending combos that a single Swords to Plowshares or Oblation can't handle. But more important will be to teach the peasants to stay away from you via Comeuppance or Chastise.

If that's not enough you can annoy them pretty well with Glasses of Urza and Mindblaze("Target player reveals their library.") to teach them a lesson.
