New C/EDH player here!

I bought 'Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait' as a pre con and have been pulling/putting cards in as I play more. I don't have a particular win-con for this deck yet, but my current strategy is to ramp as much as possible at the start and get cards out that maximize land play/double triggers until my board can't be affected.

My turns tend to take forever so I'd love feedback on how to speed it up and what to add/remove for some cool ways to win :)
