Hello, I am new to the pauper format and wanted to create my own version of Midnight Gond. This deck wants to combo of Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond as fast as possible and seal the deal.

First of, we got amazing support in M15 in the form of Heliod's Pilgrim which enables us to fetch for Precense of Gond or Sideboard material such as Pacifism and Lignify (sadly it does not fetch Spidersilk Armor because it is not an Aura).

Furthermore, our premium dig spells are Commune with the Gods and Commune with Nature. Commune with the Gods helps us look for Midnight Guard, Heliod's Pilgrim and Presence of Gond. As for Commune with Nature it only digs for Midnight Guard and Heliod's Pilgrim with the risk of dropping a Presence of Gond to the graveyard.(Auramancer might be an option to consider in this case)

Vines of Vastwood, Apostle's Blessing and Ranger's Guile are all efficient ways to protect the combo. In addition, Vines of Vastwood helps you push the last points of damage needed to win the game in case the combo is disrupted.

Elvish Visionary serves as a cantrip that reduces our decksize and that leaves a body on the field to durdle around with the opponent if needed. Her sub type elf is also relevant if you are doing some kind of tribal elf with the combo integrated.

Arbor Elf and Avacyn's Pilgrim are here to further the chances of trying to combo of as fast as possible and have extra mana to protect it.

If needed we have Sylvan Ranger and Gatecreeper Vine to fetch lands for us. (Vs. Sylvan Ranger can attack but Gatecreeper Vine defends us slightly better and can also fech Guildgates)
