Sideboard

Maybeboard

An unoriginal modern aggro Gruul zoo deck centered around Goblin Guide, Experiment One, Kird Ape, Wild Nacatl, and Vexing Devil. It is designed to do as much damage as possible as quickly as possible. Ghor-Clan Rampager is most often going to be used for the Bloodrush effect. You want at least one Forest, and Mountain in the opening hand and hopefully a Plains to get the most value out of the Wild Nacatl. The first turn should always be an Experiment One if you have it and then strategically play creatures on subsequent turns to make the best use of Evolve. In the sideboard, Unflinching Courage is for when you are up against a stall deck, Vines of Vastwood should be brought in against control decks and possibly against the mirror match, Molten Rain is for control decks or top-heavy decks who need a lot of mana, Relic of Progenitus should be used against graveyard decks, Dragon's Claw works great against other aggro decks, Rending Volley helps with white and blue control if the opponent has a wall, Destructive Revelry works against artifact and enchantments where the other removal is helpless. You should be tapped out or close to it every turn playing one drops and swinging as often as possible. 2-3 lands are ideal in an opening hand, any more and you quickly run out of creatures and there isn't any card draw to help out, any less and creatures aren't getting out fast enough to take the opponent down. Burning-Tree Emissary is the best turn two play into either more creatures or an Atarka's Command which will mostly be used to deal damage and pump the board for even more damage. When fetching with Windswept Heath, or Wooded Foothills pay attention to the creatures in hand and the other land, with a Wild Nacatl look for a Temple Garden or Stomping Ground, with a Kird Ape look for a Stomping Ground. Both a green and red source should be available on turn two no matter what so that any top deck can be played. If a dual land isn't going to help cast a card right away or further the board state don't bother paying the life to keep it untapped, conserve resources where possible.
