Goal is to get Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage onto the battlefield and activate Duskmantle Guildmage's ability. Creates an infinite loop causing your opponent to mill their entire library. Several transmute cards to find the missing pieces of this combo. This is really budgeted, but should still be relatively okay.
