This deck is built to storm out and empty the library. WinCon through emptying the library and protect it's neck with counter spells. It isn't optimized completely but it's already pretty mean and works pretty well in my play group. I still struggle to find the line of play at the begging of the game. But once it gets going there's little anyone seems to be able to do to stop it.
