I made a bet with a friend that I could successfully make a non-blue deck. So I looked into ideas for decks, and I kept finding Rakdos control (in standard). So I decided, there could be a way to make Mardu Control... Guess what, didn't see many builds. So I created my version of it. This is the first draft of the deck, I would love for your feedback.
