Saw Rafiq of the Many and wanted to see if I could make a decent budget deck with him. Overall I'm pretty pleased with how the deck looks but I haven't bought the deck yet so I haven't had a chance to see how it actually plays. Tell me what you think, but please keep in mind that it is a budget deck so certain cards aren't really an option. Also even though it says it costs $43 on TCG (as of 11/21/14), if you got to the site and optimize your cart by un checking match printing ans checking match sellers, it should be about $34.
