My first introduction to Magic the Gathering was a buddy of mine convincing me to buy a 2017 Commander deck and playing EDH with him and his buddies. Needless to say I got hooked into MTG. However I was not happy with Lord Windgrace as a Commander so I started looking at other potential Commanders that are Lands Matter commanders. Omnath immediately caught my eye. His abilities are awesome. So I built the deck with a couple of key combos. 1st was to use Purphoros and or Warstorm Surge to burn players as my Elementals ETB. 2nd was to then use Ashnod's Altar/Altar of Dementia to sack token Elementals to trigger Omnath's second ability to burn players as the Elementals leave the field. The deck functions beautifully.
