This deck is fairly self explanatory. Basically use extort effects or the like to keep a healthy life pool while draining your opponents and finish them with a huge combo. Stacking cards like Cliffhaven Vampire and Sanguine Bond helps move the process along.

The main win conditions are Cliffhaven Vampire + Exquisite Blood and Sorin Markov, but there are plenty of other less reliable ways to win. Usually I use those as counterspell and removal bait:

• Angel of Destiny
• Ajani Goldmane
• Felidar Sovereign
• slowly grind your opponent to death

This is a budget deck so to keep the price down, the expensive tutors have been excluded. This leaves us with Citanul Flute, Diabolic Tutor and Increasing Ambition.

Your ideal start is either Sol Ring (obviously) or Serra Ascendant. Since a lot of your cards require multiple ticks of colored mana, Sol Ring isn't quite as strong as in some other decks so I tend to prefer Serra Ascendant, however it makes you a target.

You should be safe from big attackers in multiplayer thanks to Rune-Tail's Essence and Hissing Miasma, but be careful of tramplers.

This is a relatively slow deck, so keep a low profile and bide your time.

I'm still tuning it, so if you have budget suggestions I'm keeping an open mind.
