Basic strategy is to get Progenitus out without is being countered, and thereafter deal 21 commander damage as quickly as possible (hence the haste, double strike and enter with +1/+1 counter effects). The deck includes mana ramp, hence the many artifacts, but I'm not sure if this is the best strategy to use. The deck must also be fairly cheap (around $100-150). Please leave suggestions, as I am not experienced with EDH deck building. Thanks :)
