Niv-Mizzet would like to hang out with his bro, Dragon Mage . Using Rite of Replication kicked on that and swinging is usually enough to completely crush your opponents (multiple instances of the ability will trigger).

To fuel Niv's ability: Teferi's Puzzle Box and Mindmoil . Sure, they end up breaking your from-the-hand combos, but they'll allow you to draw through your deck in short order and damage your opponent in the process.

Also Epic Experiment with Wheel of Fate , Wheel of Fortune , Incendiary Command , Reforge the Soul , and Wheel and Deal ! Packing an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre will help offset the large quantities of cards you will end up discarding. Also, if you're going to be packing Epic Experiment, cutting back on counterspells will probably be a good idea.

Urza's Rage is incredible if you can get the mana going.
