You should add more fetches, they are important in your quest for proper colors, and at least one basic plains, so you don't get Blood Mooned away from white mana. Mountains seem unnecessary if you added more fetches. It may be wise to remove some deciever/mites, running a suite of 8 isn't usually that useful, maybe only 6-7. what are you expecting to tutor with muddle the mixture? having it in the list doesn't seem relevant, and it could be replaced with more relevant spells, like a fourth lightning bolt and serum visions, or some Spell Pierce.

Also forgot to mention that it looks like your land base is pretty small and if you can't counter Blood Moon then your wrecked for the rest of the game

You only really need to grab an Island and Plains basics with the fetches and you're good to go.

Sideboard needs to be adjusted to your meta, and if not, then the general meta, rather than housing random cards which don't really do anything in particular.

Sanctimony deals with blood moon. Damping Matrix deals with Affinity and Tron. Rest in Peace deals with Delver. Detention Sphere deals with tokens. Anger of the Gods hoses pretty much everything..and I mainboard Spellskite so mirror is covered.

Well no, If your aim is to get ahead of the meta with Charm you'll be disappointed.

Point A. What deck plays Rending Volley? Twin and Burn maybe? Burn is a semi unwinnable matchup and The mirror match comes down to card quality, Which Boros Charm is most definitely not going tk help you with.

If you anticipate hate for your combo, Take some of it out and play a Batterskull or two.

Playing UWR also cuts off Bmoon as a sb option which seems bad.

Damping Matrix is strictly worse than Stony Silence.

i feel like Rending Volley will be standard sideboard tech against Twin.. So running Boros and protection for combo and as a beatdown spell seems like a useful fit.

Im also trying to combo out faster than a typical tempo twin build... So the extra draw from Wall of Omens is useful.

Agree about Stony Silence. Damping Matrix is just the card I have at present. I couldnt disagree more about the manabase. Im running 12 cards that say the most powerful words in Magic.. "Draw a Card". Four of those cards let me fix my future draws in addition. Given my curve...I have zero problems with the mana base. Most URW Top 8 builds run 24 lands. They also run 4x Resto Angel and dont run 12 cantrips. I'm very happy with the mana base, and how it performs. Feel free to playtest yourself.
