Creature (1)

Enchantment (3)

So as the few of you who know me can attest to, i love Delver of Secrets. I originally wasn't sold on the idea of Stormchaser Mage but after looking into it a bit more I think it is quite the good fit because

1: I don't then need to buy Tarmogoyf

2: It's a really good defensive creature as well as offensive

3: It means i don't need to include green in my favorite color combination.

The basic concept of the deck is similar to most every other delver strategy which revolves around playing a one-drop, be it Delver of Secrets or Monastery Swiftspear and then landing a two drop Stormchaser Mage and using tho se cards to win the game while protecting them with counterspells.

This version of the deck runs quite a bit more counter magic than my RUG list, but it can still provide reasonably consistent turn 4 to 5 kills.

Any and all suggestions are more than welcome as I am still trying to refine the build to truly find it's place as a tier 2 deck in the new Splinter Twinless format
