4c dragons!

I don't expect this to win major tournaments, just want a fun deck to play at LGSs. I took the basics of the build from the old Esper Dragons deck that dominated standard. It's more of a U/R deck splashing W/B for cards like Path to Exile, Foul-Tongue Invocation , Inquisition of Kozilek, and Kolaghan's Command.

Playing Counterspell in modern is not a legal play, but in this deck it is! Silumgar's Scorn gives us the hard counter to and spell for UU, while not exectly Counterspell, it is still a very good counterspell (if we can meet the hard counter criteria).

Then, we get to play cool ass dragons, like Dragonlord Ojutai, Thunderbreak Regent, and the almighty Stormbreath Dragon, lol. Definitely a work in progress. Also, The proper number of dragons, and which ones to use evades me. I have all of the options which I think are best in the maybeboard.

Could definitely use help with the mana base.
