Main combo: Undying creature (Geralf's Messenger, Young Wolf or Strangleroot Geist, or anything with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed as a last resort) + Ashnod's Altar + Ghave, Guru of Spores = infinite colourless mana and 1/1 Saprolings. This can be turned into an instant kill with Blood Artist, Blasting Station, Concordant Crossroads, or Exsanguinate (unnecessary with Geralf's Messenger.

Backup combo is Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Tooth and Nail + Triskelion . Also works with Defense of the Heart if it doesn't get removed.

Another interesting interaction: Ghave, Guru of Spores + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Sidisi, Undead Vizier essentially becomes a repeatable tutor for 1 mana (Sidisi exploits herself (tutor), returns with +1/+1, respond to exploit trigger by removing counter, exploit herself, repeat)

Plenty of other combos can come together - for example, Kitchen Finks + Bloodspore Thrinax/Cathars' Crusade + Ashnod's Altar = infinite health.
