Pulled the rat king in a pack and thought it'd be a fun theme to build a proliferate deck around. Goal is to flood the board with cheap rats, make them big enough to get around blocks, and mark opponents with a toxic counter. Just need one point to start the proliferation! Bit of deathtouch in here, regeneration/graveyard shenanigans, and a Meethook alt wincon if I can't get through to put counters on. May need some more lifelink/life regen since there's a lot of fun "lose x life" triggers and I know I can become greedy (life is just another resource after all).

I'll be using this deck to test how proliferating feels and learn what I want to do with my future blue/green/black atraxa deck. Wanted to keep this fairly cheap and at a casual power level, since my pod is fairly low-key and chill.
