Basically ramp lands out, animate them into creatures, and go from there.

There's two avenues for this deck: combo or beatdown. The combo is a bit convoluted, but is interesting. Basically, get a lot of lands out, Altar of Dementia, a way to animate the lands, with Planer Birth in hand. Start sacrificing your creature lands to the Altar, then mill yourself. Leave some mana for the planer birth, and get a ton of basic lands into your graveyard. Get them all onto the battlefield tapped, and then sac them all to Altar of Dementia to mill my opponent out.

Beatdown is more straightforward, but is a downside most of the time since most of the effects are symmetrical. But its a decent backup plan just in case Clear the Land screws me over in the combo regard.
