Hey Soul Sisters!

After some tests, I've found that against most decks, the Timely Hordemates are absolutely incredible. Ajani's Pridemates are prime targets for early Lightning Bolts and Lightning Helixes. Getting one of them back on turn 4 with one or two Sisters (or Suture Priests) out lets you choose to trigger the Hordemate first, bring back Pridemate, and then gain several instances of 1 life off both creatures entering the battlefield, creating a beefcake of a Pridemate.

Herald of Anafenza serves as a mana sink that Soul Sisters traditionally lacks, allowing for a good bit of lifegain. Secure the Wastes is as versatile as ever, often ending games on its own when cast at the end of an opponent's turn during an otherwise stable, grindy board state, especially with Ajani's Pridemate and one Sister effect on your side of the field.

I'm really looking for suggestions on how to balance spells out more. Should I even bother with Dismember?

I've never gotten to play the Wingmate Roc, though it seems great as a double trigger for Sister effects while also gaining you a bunch of life.
