Mono Green Treefolk

I originally created this deck to be part of a Deck Series, but I never got around to building the other Decks. Still I ended up liking this Deck a whole lot more than I thought I would, and have been running it for a while as one of my mainstay Casual Decks.

The general idea is to summon lots of Treefolk and then swing with Dauntless Dourbark. Secondary win conditions are Timber Protector, and Assault Formation.

The ideal Starting Hand will include a Bosk Banneret and a Treefolk Harbinger. Depending on what the opponent is playing, stringing together lots of Treefolk Harbinger searches for Treefolk Harbinger, can provide some decent blocking power while thinning the Deck down. Otherwise you want to use Treefolk Harbinger to search for Dauntless Dourbark or additional Bosk Bannerets if Dauntless Dourbark has already been obtained. In some circumstances, searching for a Timber Protector can often be the better play, especially if the minimum Mana to summon him has already been achieved.

Unstoppable Ash can be used to Champion Treefolk Harbinger to recycle it's power, while also devastating enemy lines when combined with Assault Formation, putting ever greater amounts of pressure onto opponents.

Leaf-Crowned Elder also works well with Treefolk Harbinger, pulling the Treefolk it puts on top of the Library into the Battlefield for free.

Heartwood Storyteller is a card that sees a lot of Sideboard exchange as it's next to useless against some Decks, while being an absolute Godsend in others. In the latter case, it's usually better to swap out Harmonize and put in Dungrove Elder or Orchard Warden depending on the situation.

Spidersilk Armor is the Decks answer to flying, while also pushing units out of Bolt range and making Assault Formation even deadlier.

Khalni Garden produces a free Blocker in the early game, while Oran-Rief, the Vastwood can get some use out of late game 0/1 Plants, though it's primary function is to push units out of Bolt while giving them a little more bite. Sundering Growth also has the bonus of getting a little more use out of those 0/1 Plants.
