While Feather, the Redeemed may prove to be a much needed breath of fresh air for Boros EDH, she's also quite strong in Standard and should easily pull some stunning victories in Limited with Defiant Strike . She may even see play in Modern...

But it's not really about whether Feather will see play or not, it's more about what cards will become usable with Feather around!

With an increased budget we can grab shocklands, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria to make casting our spells easier, and Lyra Dawnbringer to make Feather particularly scary. Gideon Blackblade is quite good in the deck as well, and he'll make both flavorful and great use of Gideon's Sacrifice

R/W/G could also be quite powerful and a bit more creature focused with the Enrage keyword. Ranging Raptors and Polyraptor specifically come to mind. I didn't really look at Black, but it could be strong too!!

The idea is to have this be a budget deck, but that status is totally contingent on Feather's price, so it's kind of up in the air. I doubt she'll ever cost too much though.
