I've wanted to get into Legacy for years but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. Judge me if you want, but I'm working on a budget plan to try and get into some local games at least. I understand that this will be a far cry from optimal but I hope it will be fun all the same.

EDIT: So, I had fiddled around with this deck for a while now. However, I ran into many hickups to make the deck in anyway viable in a Legacy setting on a budget, and even with money, the banning of Survival of the Fittest seems to have been a bullet in the brain for the deck.

I did, however, stumble upon PreModern, a Legacy variation using only cards from before 8th edition with a robust metawatch maintaining a ban list to encourage a healthy environment. I still am too poor for it, but I decided to proxy some cards to play the format casually.
