This is my Black Vise deck as I actually play it right now.

The main idea is to attack the opponents mana-source from the start with black land destruction cards, while making him pay for not being able to play cards with Black Vise or for playing more lands to try to claw back into the game with Ankh of Mishra. The few creatures that pose a real threat to this utterly defenseless deck should be cleaned up with Terror and Slow Motion.
