My attempt at a Temur Control deck.

Creatures

Keranos, God of Storms draws me an extra card or gives me a free Lightning Bolt every turn.

Snapcaster Mage lets me replay cards.

Tarmogoyf can get really big and only costs 2 mana.

Thragtusk to help stabilize.

Eternal Witness to get my spells and, if necessary, lands back.

Instants and Sorceries

Izzet Charm since all its modes are relevant.

The rest are just your basic set of control/removal spells.

Planeswalkers

Sarkhan Unbroken seems great, but I don't have any experience with this card so I don't know if he's even playable. His +1 is just great because everyone likes drawing cards. His -2 puts a threat on the board, even if that's all he gets to do a 4/4 with flying isn't too bad for 5 mana. His -8 is completely irrelevant however.

lands

Desolate Lighthouse for cycling late in the game.

Lumbering Falls because it has hexproof. I chose it over Raging Ravine as my man-land since it doesn't die to removal.
