I'm sorry, I couldn't come up with a snappy name for this deck, haha

This deck was actually inspired by the effect of Black Market. I got to thinking, what would I be able to do with charge counters? After a little tinkering I ended up with this. The deck runs on the idea of counters (mostly charge, but it's not restricted to that) and the manipulation of counters by effects such as Power Conduit

With how valuable his effect is to the deck, Vorel of the Hull Clade needed to be the commander, and since all the good Proliferate cards are within Blue, the colors lined up well.

The deck does have multiple win conditions, but the main engine of the deck is making things with counters on them, get more counters. To that end, cards with Proliferate, such as Inexorable Tide, Contagion Engine and Steady Progress become the staples of the deck's combos, along with Clockspinning, Unwinding Clock and Insidious Will's third effect!

The big win conditions of the deck revolve around- Chimeric Mass, and pumping him to as big as possible. Grindclock and pumping it's counters to mill my opponent. Flooding the feild using the effects of Titan Forge and Clock of Omens. The last resort for the deck is, of course Darksteel Reactor.
