Rin and Seri deck for casual commander. Currently it is 0 for 5 games so maybe don't take my advice lol. The goal of the deck was to drop 1 or more cat/dog a turn then use the commander to control the board and attack. I think it needs more ramp/mana fixing. I find myself unable to use the commander and play another creature far too often.
