Trying to do the Legacy goblin thing in Standard, just with a different kind of card/mana advantage system:

• Instead of cycling a goblin to kill something, we play a 3/3 for 3, or a 4/2 for 4 Flame Tongue Goblin, or a 2/2 for 2 Shock-on-a-Stick and sac it for 1, or even just Standard's version of Mogg Fanatic
• Instead Of drawing more goblins off the top of the deck, we just bring some friends with Goblin Instigator, Legion Warboss, and El Quatro Locos
• Instead of dropping stuff into play for free with a 1/1, we mana ramp off a 1/1 (which helps decrease the number of mountains and prevent flooding)

It is not exactly the same as Legacy, but the play style is similar:

1. Control the board. Kill opponent's critters.
2. Overwhelm with card advantage. In this case, our advantage is that every goblin has a powerful effect/utility value.
3. Swing for lethal after clearing the way. Dropping down a Goblin Trashmaster after filling the board with little dudes and perhaps mentoring them up a bit should do the trick.
4. Make a ton of mana and ping away with Siege-Gang Commander or Banefire for 20. As Jim D would say, "upstairs!"

Some other notes:

• It is possible to ramp into Trashmaster on turn 3 on the play, which is useful to protect against Chinwhirlers in mirror matches; it is possible I should be playing some number of Vanquisher's Banners in the main deck instead, but that would increase the curve a bit more than I'd like
• Experimental Frenzy is in sideboard and Banefire is in main because I am not sure which way around this should go. This deck is not a particularly good Frenzy deck, but it can deal plenty of direct damage.
• I know that the not-full-playsets of some cards are not as effective here as they would be if we had [Goblin Matron] in Standard, but I decided to diversify a few slots anyway and left more copies of most in the sideboard.
• I am not entirely sure about the exact numbers except that it must have 4 of each of Wily Goblin, Goblin Chainwhirler, and Volley Veteran. Before GRN and rotation, I played a derivative of SaffronOlive's Goblin Gift deck and found that I really enjoyed (and had success with) boarding out of the GPG combo and into a pure goblin tribal strategy; the new goblins make tribal decks so much better.
