Mono black aggro. If you can afford a playset of thoughtseize, replace despise with them.

Side board:
Agent of the Fates - Sub in if they have a ton of giant creatures, such as Polukranos or Terrastomper.
Bile Blight - Sub in an extra if they have a lot of tokens (Elspeth, Rabble, etc)
Dark Betrayal - Sub in against pretty much any black creatures (siege rhino, nyx weaver) straight up great removal because its only one mana, but only works against black creatures.
Despise - put in another Despise if they're putting out a lot of hexproof so you can get them out the game before they can play them.
Erebos, God of the Dead - put in if they have a lot lifelink creatures or straight life gain. Works fantastically against whip.
Murderous Cut - Sub in if you feel you need a little more spot removal then you already have.
Pharika's Cure - Sub in against another aggro deck. The 2-4 health surprisingly does help a ton in a tight situation.
Sign in Blood - Sub pain seer for this if you put murderous cut or another high mana cost card in.
Silence the Believers - put in if they have a bunch of huge creatures because you can strive it.
